Welcome

Welcome to Hardwicke Primary Academy.

I am thrilled to have been appointed as the new headteacher of Hardwicke Parochial Primary Academy. It is an honour to be part of the Diocese of Gloucester Academies Trust (DGAT) family, where we are dedicated to enabling everyone to flourish. I am committed to building partnerships with the community and supporting our families to the best of our ability.

Our school vision is 'Do everything in love' 1 Corinthians 16:14  Our goal is for all children to do everything in love and excel in everything they do, using their unique talents and abilities. As a team, we strive for excellence in everything we offer through our highly ambitious and aspirational curriculum.

Our Hardwicke Family have high expectations for the behaviour of all our children. We expect everyone, including, staff, and parents, to be "Ready, Respectful and Safe."

Our rich and varied curriculum provides all our children with opportunities and experiences that will equip them with the knowledge and skills they need for their future lives and secondary education. Our ultimate aim is to instil in children a love of learning and life, with faith teachings at the core of an authentic Christian school.

Hope, Wisdom, Community, and Dignity are the four core elements that underpin DGAT, and we work collaboratively with other DGAT schools and parents/carers to ensure that we give our children the foundations to grow and flourish.

Our children are divided into four houses: Oak, Beech, Elm, and Chestnut. They participate in various inter-house competitions, showcasing their creativity and talents, such as football, netball, music, and talent competitions. We award "House Points" to each house every week, and the winner is announced in our weekly Celebration Worship.

Please feel free to explore our website, and if you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards
